Lose Weight PDF Print E-mail

Most people have dieted at some time or another, usually with little permanent effect. Most lose weight and then regain it over a brief period of time. I, myself, have been a victim to this yo-yo dieting syndrome. The problem is that when we deprive ourselves of any food, when most people have reached their goals, they reward themselves with meals of the previously forbidden food. When you tell people they cant eat something it immediately makes them feel deprived or punished, and quickly they fall back into old habits and find themselves not only gaining back all the weight they have lost, but also usually more.

Why this happens is that their subconscious mind is acting on old protocols. The rules by which we have learned to operate, by rote behavior or consistent action, as well as belief.

So we try to change our minds by force of will and whenever the conscious and the subconscious end up in a struggle usually the subconscious wins. The reason most people go back to older habits and more comfortable behaviors is that those actions have been what was normal for so long that their subconscious mind helps to urge these behaviors. These habits or behaviors are actually normal to the subconscious.

So how do you change the urge to eat often and in excess when it has been a part of your life for so long? By changing the subconscious rules by which you unconsciously live. My guides are designed to modify and help empower you to change the amount of food you eat (portion size) and the type of food you consume. Nothing is prohibited, only your need to eat is blunted, so you can continue to enjoy what ever foods you like, just in moderation.

My treatments are designed with the busy person in mind. You simply put them on low at night when you go to sleep, while you sleep your subconscious mind is challenged and its help is enlisted to maximize your change. All lasting change takes thirty days to become a habit. Listen for thirty days and you will notice changes taking place. The beauty of this treatment is you do while sleeping! You will sleep better, feel more rested in the morning, get up fewer times at night, and generally feel better and more confident about your day.

Imagine changing your habits and losing weight as you sleep, does it get any better?

Because in my experiences I have learned that some patients have proven to be more resistant to treatment, I have provided multiple treatments programs for weight loss. Each of these treatments approaches the subject of weight loss from another direction and are offered in a set to compliment to each other to strengthen and reinforce the concepts taught in the other programs.
